EcoCharge: Recycling Heat!

Ardavan Mirhosseini has come up with a unique design of a portable device dubbed EcoCharge. This device is capable of recycling heat! Yes, you heard it right! Recycle heat!

Weird it may sound but the new EcoCharge design will collect heat energy emitted from any metal cookware and capture it using a thermoelectric generator and convert the heat into usable electrical energy.

There is a magnetic face that is the flexible and can attach to any cookware made of magnetic material. The OLED display on the top will actually show the conduction efficiency of any given surface and help you know the type of charge you get. There is an USB connector on one side of the EcoCharge that will allow you to directly attach your mobile or tablet or any USB device for charging. That's fabulous!
