MusixCube: Control Music On The Go

If you are among those people who love to create music, here is something that will grab your attention. The MusixCube is device that is hand-held and acts as a controlling unit for production software of any given digital music.

Made for stuff like Logic, Ableton Live etc., this device combines hardware like MIDI controllers, drum computers etc. This device will actually help the music creators to enjoy time away from their computer. They will now actually be able to interact with their music in real time. The applications used for creating music and the cube actually interact on the basis of Rubik's Tower.

Here are some interesting features of the MusixCube:

• Multiple people capable of creating or editing music piece alongside one another.
• The device consists of 40 OLED screens that are pressure and touch sensitive.
• Each segment can be turned, tilted or moved in other ways for affecting parameters, sequencing samples and even triggering effects.
• Sounds that were previously assigned to various fx-slots and pads can be looped and played.
• Once a few songs are arranged, the users can work with a minimum of two cubes for mixing music or for live performance.
